BODY MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
Beginners course. Learn the basics of massage and practical techniques from India & Sweden for a full body massage - back, legs, arms, and abdomen. Includes comprehensive Body Massage Techniques manual with step by step instruction worth R250 and certification.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Learn several techniques for targeting points on the scalp, facial area, ears, neck, upper back and shoulders. Includes comprehensive Indian Head Massage manual with step by step instruction worth R250 and certification.
HOT STONE THERAPY
Learn how to use special heat retaining stones together with oil in a full body massage for deep tissue penetration, detoxification and relaxation. Includes comprehensive Hot Stone Therapy manual worth R250 and certification.
AROMATHERAPY & ADVANCED MASSAGE
Advanced course. Learn about different oils, therapeutic properties, blending and advanced massage techniques for the back. Includes comprehensive Aromatherapy manual worth R250 and certification.
REFLEXOLOGY
Advanced course. Learn how to stimulate various reflex points on the feet, pertaining to different organs and glands in the body, to bring balance, detoxify the body and alleviate minor ailments. Includes comprehensive Reflexology manual worth R250 and certification.
BASIC BEAUTY THERAPY MODULE 1
Basic Beauty Therapy MODULE 1
Learn how to do facials, cleansing routines and facial techniques, skin types, eyebrow shaping & defining, manicures, pedicures, waxing, cellulite wraps, stretch mark treatment, products & techniques. All products and equipment for workshop provided FREE during the course. Includes comprehensive Beauty Therapy manual worth R 250. Certification included upon completion of both Module 1 and Module 2.
BASIC BEAUTY THERAPY MODULE 2
Learn about several cosmetic products, application & professional techniques for photography/ stage/ special occasions. Foundation & concealer, products & blending techniques, face contouring & highlighting, blush, bronzer & face powder, eye shadow techniques & colour co-ordination, makeup tools, lip contouring techniques & colour schemes. All products & equipment for workshop provided FREE during the course. Includes comprehensive Beauty Therapy manual worth R 250. Certification included upon completion of both Module 1 and Module 2.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are per person only whether in a group or individual workshop.
These workshops are a shorter, more affordable alternative and not a substitute for a college degree or diploma in any way.
Duration of each workshop is 1 day, approximately 3 –4 hrs.
